Sentenced to a Lifetime's Writing

Sometimes as I sneak down to the kitchen at 5 a.m. so I can get my shot at writing in before the family wake up and start whining for more food, I wonder if writing is an addiction. But I think it's more like being sentenced to hard labour.

This is the companion site to Feminist Erotica, where you can find reviews of erotic stories.

I'm a feminist so much of the thinking here is developed from within a feminist ethos. That means that here is a space where you can consider with penetrating intelligence issues of sex and sexuality, what is sexy and why and all the exciting diverse ways in which you might write about sex. It means that there won't be censorship of arguments laid out bare for our admiring consideration but passionate engagement with them (although abuse won't be tolerated).

(Actually I'm a postmodern feminist but that's a whole blog post of its own.)

I welcome blog posts from visiting erotica writers, do contact me if you have one in mind or one from your own blog you would like to put up here too. (N.B. I often run my ideas for a blog post through a writers' discussion forum first, like the Authors' Hangout on the Literotica site.)
